How to Order

Since we do not have Shopping Cart installed, payment is a little more self serve, but still EASY. Read below, and if you still get frustrated, pick up the phone and call us at: 843-347-8724 between 9am and 9pm EST, seven days a week, to order.

STEP BY STEP ORDERING

1. Write down the item number(s) and price(s) of what you want to order.

2. Total it.

3. Choose shipping choice:

**U.S. shipping - see yellow box below

**International shipping - see green box below

4. Shipping insurance (optional); see chart below in BLUE BOX

5. Make the payment choice (ORANGE BOX)

PAYPAL or
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Diner's Card)

ONLINE, start by clicking the Buy Now button below, to fill in the blanks

A white page opens up. Type your item numbers and quantities in the "DESCRIPTION" line; separate items with commas to fit more items in the description box, include any postage upgrade costs.   Ignore the "quantity 1" area. When done typing in the item numbers, click "update" to save.
If you miss the description box entirely in your payment process or make an error in items or address, DON'T PANIC! Email me the item numbers & quantities of your order, or adjusted address after payment to: whatnext@sccoast.net
I also receive an automated notice of the payment and can match it up, no problem.
I will email back a confirmation and shipping info as we ship within 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY

Golden rule customer policy! If you don't like it, send it back (within 10 days of receipt; prompt pre-contact with us is appreciated) and you'll get a full refund, or exchange for equal value or refund the difference. We recommend sending back insured.

We do reserve the right, however, to deduct a % handling/restocking fee if you return a large or delicate item that has no defect.
