Here's our fun Road kill Alien (a discontinued item but not for lack of interest in OUR store) we've kept the last one for our collection. What a hoot! Then one of our customers wrote in on 1/19/06:
Hi Heidi;
My mother in law gave me a Boulder City paper with a story about you and your store. I remember it very well, and enjoyed going through your store quite a bit.
In 2000, my husband and I purchased a 'flat Roadkill alien' from your store. He is about 18 inches long, with a tire tread running through the center of his body. He is a "gray' and his little pink tongue sticks out! We LOVE this little guy - and so do alot of people who have seen him.
My sister from Pennsylvania came out to Las Vegas to visit in September, and we went to Rachel. At the Little A'LE'INN, we took a picture of our Road kill alien underneath the flying saucer tow truck. The owners of the place asked us where we got him. They had never seen anything like that before. Their place is jammed packed of Area 51 items, but no Road kill alien!
I feel like I have to keep a constant watch over mine as he is a pretty popular guy!
